What is voltage which has to be supplied to VCC ? Can i give 230 volt in VCC for TTP224 4-way Switch Touch Sensor Capacitive Digital Touch Sensor Module FZ0714

As there are 4 output, If I want to start a 3 watt LED light (230 V) with the 1st output. Is it possible?
